Craig is proud to say he grew up and currently resides in the community of Truro-Bible-Hill-Millbrook-Salmon River. Craig has shown his dedication to the area as a committed volunteer and community member. Craig is the Executive Director of the Colchester East Hants Hospice Society and has an extensive background in non-profit management, fundraising and communications.

Craig was a driving force behind Nova Scotia Music Week and served as Chair in both 2014 and 2016. He is currently the Treasurer and Chair of Finance for the First United Church. Craig was also the Chair of the 2016 Provincial Exhibition Marketing Committee and has served as Treasurer of the local Provincial Liberal Riding Association.

Craig has also served as Communications Co-Chair for the Bill Casey campaign team in 2015; Board Member and Programming Chair of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners Nova Scotia; and Board Member of the Springtide Collective.

At home Craig enjoys gardening with his wife Jennie, watching NFL football, and listening to music. An avid vinyl collector, Craig is also publicist with independent record label, Noyes Records.

Craig and Jennie are expecting their first child in 2017.
